Welcome to Wayo, your online learning platform dedicated to the growth and recognition of professional coaches in various fields (scrum, agility, languages, sciences, sports, etc.). by accessing our website and/or mobile application, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. please read them carefully, as they define your rights and obligations as a user.

2. Definitions

Wayo The entire set of educational services available through the website and mobile application.

User: Any person (coach, learner, or organization) holding an account on the platform.

Content: All documents, videos, quizzes, exams, live courses, and other educational resources accessible via the platform.

Usage rights: Access and use rights to the content are strictly personal, private, and non-transferable.

3. Access and use

The user must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

The minimum age required is 18 years Or parental authorization for minors.

The user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential. any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

The platform is an edtech platform and is intened to commercialize coaching and mentoring.

4. Content protection and use

All educational materials remain the Intellectual property of the coaches.

Reproduction, distribution, sale, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.

Any violation will result in the Immediate suspension Of the account and may lead to Legal action.

5. Features and services

Live courses: With interactive tools (polls, q&a).

Quizzes and exams: Users agree to provide honest answers.

Calendar and notifications: To track classes and deadlines.

Content library: (videos, documents, downloadable materials).

6. Technical support and maintenance

Support available monday to friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (utc+1) Via email or integrated chat.

Estimated response time: 24 to 48 hours.

Planned maintenance: users will be notified in advance of any scheduled downtime.

7. User rights and responsibilities

For coaches:

  • Full ownership of their content.
  • Personalize the learning experience and recommend relevant content.

For learners:

  • Obligation to attend and participate respectfully and diligently.
  • Commitment not to copy, share, or redistribute any content.

Prohibited behavior:

  • Fraud (e.g., cheating on exams, identity theft).
  • Illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform.

8. Intellectual property

  • Coaches retain intellectual property rights to their courses.
  • By publishing content, the coach grants Wayo A Non-exclusive license To host, display, and make it accessible to learners.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation: (e.g., invoice retention, tax/accounting obligations).
  • The entire platform (trademarks, logos, design, code, etc.) is protected by Copyright law And international conventions.

9. Personal data

  • The collection and processing of data are carried out in accordance with the Privacy policy.
  • Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

10. Limitation of liability

Wayo shall not be held responsible for:

  • The quality or relevance of content provided by coaches.
  • The results achieved by learners.
  • Disputes between coaches and learners.
  • Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues.

Wayo’s liability is limited to Up to the amount of the subscription fee paid.

11. Termination

  • Wayo may suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms.
  • Users may close their account through the platform interface at any time.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

  • Governing law: The laws in force in the United arab emirates (or another jurisdiction depending on Wayo’s location).
  • Analytical cookies: (e.g., google analytics) for audience measurement.
